How to configure "Suggestion When No Result" in the Instant Search Widget ?

This feature is designed to handle searches that return no product results. The product you select will appear as an alternative suggestion for such searches.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Select the Search Input element on the left side, then click the icon on the right side, marked with a red arrow, to access the Typo Tolerance settings.

  1. Check the Enable Keyword Suggestion checkbox to activate the feature

  1. Enter the keywords you want to display as suggestions

  1. Click the highlighted area marked in red

  1. Once clicked, the list of added keywords will appear below the input field.

  1. Check the Enable Products suggestion checkbox to activate the feature

  1. Click the Select Products button to display the list of available products.

  1. Once the product list appears, select the products you want to display.

  1. The selected products will then be listed below this setting.

  1. Now, let's test by entering a keyword that will not return any product results—for example, agrjlre. The result of this input will be as follows:
