How to add a filter list to a specific collection ?

This feature is similar to Add Filter List, where the filter items you create will appear in a collection. The key difference is that this feature applies only to the specific collections you create, whereas Add Filter List applies to all collections.


Follow this step

  1. Select the Filter element on the left panel, then click the Settings tab and click the icon marked with a red arrow.

  1. Click the “View All” button to open a popup.

  1. Click the Add button to add a new filter list.

  1. Enter the desired filter list name and select the collection to be displayed in the filter list.

  1. Choose the collection.

  1. Click the "Save" button.

  1. The filter list has now been added, but it is currently inactive. Activate it by toggling the switch indicated by the arrow on the left.

  1. The status will change to active. Next, click the edit icon as shown in the image below

  1. A new section will appear at the bottom. Click the "Add Item" button.

  1. Fill in the form with the desired details: Label, Type, Display, and Operator.
  • Explanation
  • Label: The title displayed in the collection list as the parent category.
  • Type: The type of filter to be displayed.
  • Display: The input type used for filtering, such as Checkbox, Radio Button, Select Option, Swatch, or Tree.
  • Operator: The logic that will be applied.

  1. Once successfully added, the item will appear in the list below.

  1. Click the Back to Filter List button to return to the filter list menu.

  1. Next, click the Set as Preview button to view it in the preview customizer.
