How to Set Up Pagination for This Layout?
What Is Pagination?
Pagination is a feature used to divide a large set of content (such as products, articles, or data) into multiple separate pages. Instead of loading all items at once, pagination allows users to browse content page by page (e.g., page 1, 2, 3, and so on).
Before proceeding to this step, make sure you have activated Sledge Core and added the Product Filter Widget to your theme.
Purpose of Pagination Settings
The main purposes of setting up pagination are:
- Improve page performance by limiting the number of items loaded at once.
- Enhance user navigation, especially when dealing with large amounts of content.
- Provide a cleaner and more organized user experience.
- Reduce page load time, particularly on slower networks or devices.
How to Configure Pagination
- Go to the Product Filter page.
- Then, the page will redirect to the Filter Groups section.
- Click the Layout Tab.
- The layout settings, including available templates, will appear.
- At the bottom, you’ll see a button labeled “Advanced Settings.” Click this button to access more options.
- The configuration options for Pagination Type will appear.
- Choose the pagination style that suits your needs.
- In this example, we’ll use the Numbered Button pagination type.
